This Privacy Policy explains how InvoiceFlow – Invoice Maker (the "App," "we," "us") handles information. InvoiceFlow is an offline-first application: it is designed so that all of your business data stays on your device. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not require an account and we do not operate any server or backend for the App. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share your invoices, clients, products, business profile, logo, signature, or any other content you create. There is no cloud sync and no remote database.
2. Data You Create Is Stored Locally
All content you enter — including invoices, client records, products and services, your business profile, uploaded logo and drawn signature, and app settings — is stored only in the App's private storage on your device. You are in full control of this data. Generated PDF invoices and backup files are saved to your device and are shared only when you explicitly choose to share, print, or export them.
3. Permissions We Use
- Photos / Media (image picker): only when you choose to upload a business logo. The selected image is copied into the App's private storage.
- Notifications: to show local reminders for upcoming due dates and overdue invoices. These reminders are generated on-device; no push server is used.
- Internet: used solely to serve advertisements (see below). The App's core features work fully offline.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob, which is the only third-party service that connects to the internet. AdMob may collect and process certain data (such as device identifiers and advertising ID) to serve and measure ads, in accordance with Google's own policies. Ads are never shown while you are editing an invoice.

5. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Data Security & Retention
Because your data is stored locally, its security is tied to your device. We recommend using a device passcode and keeping your operating system up to date. Your data is retained until you delete it within the App, clear the App's storage, or uninstall the App. You may create and restore local backups at any time from the Settings screen.
7. Your Rights & Control
You can view, edit, export, and permanently delete any of your data directly within the App at any time. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data associated with it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
