1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how ZéroFy ("the App", Android package
com.digitclear.game) handles information. The App is a single-player,
offline number puzzle game. We take your privacy seriously — the simplest way to
protect your data is to never collect it, and that is exactly what we do.
2. Information We Collect
We collect nothing. The App does not collect, store, transmit or share any personal information, including but not limited to:
- Names, email addresses or contact details
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Location data
- Usage analytics or crash reports
The App does not request the Internet permission, so it is technically unable to send any data off your device.
3. Data Stored on Your Device
To make the game work, the App saves the following locally on your device only: game progress, high scores, daily-challenge results and your settings (such as sound preferences). This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its storage in Android settings.
4. Android Backup
If you have enabled Android's device backup, your device may include the App's local data (scores and settings) in backups managed by Google as part of the Android operating system. This backup is controlled by your device settings, not by the App. See Google's backup documentation for details.
5. Permissions
The App requests no permissions. No camera, no microphone, no contacts, no location, no storage access, no internet.
6. Third-Party Services, Ads and Analytics
The App contains no advertising, no analytics SDKs, no social media integrations and no in-app purchases. No third party receives any data from the App.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no data from anyone, it also collects no data from children and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations worldwide.
8. Data Security
Since all game data remains on your own device and is never transmitted, the security of that data is provided by your device's own protections (screen lock, encryption, etc.).
9. Changes to This Policy
If a future version of the App ever changes how data is handled (for example, adding online leaderboards), this policy will be updated first and the effective date above will change. Significant changes will be highlighted in the App's store listing.
